Pro4Matic Unip. Lda, cannot guarantee, at all times, the accuracy and correctness of the information made available in the Online Store about the Equipment, being obliged, however, to correct any errors as soon as they are detected.
If, due to the fact that it is not attributable, namely human or computer errors, it is not possible to guarantee the shipment of all ordered equipment, to Pro4Matic Unip. Lda, undertakes to inform the Client of this fact and he will have the right to cancel the Order placed, being refunded the amount paid.
Pro4Matic reserves the right not to complete an Order if there are errors in the values or characteristics of the Equipment resulting from technical problems beyond its control, informing the Customer accordingly.
Pro4Matic reserves the right to change, at any time, the marketing conditions for the equipment presented in the Online Store, namely the price, features, services and features.
The Customer may, until the moment of the equipment shipment, cancel his order, being refunded the total paid, however, he is obliged to pay a cancellation fee related to the services of issuing Multibanco References and transfer expenses.
Pro4Matic Unip. Lda, have their own workshops for the application of all equipment sold by us.
All parts and accessories from an installation of one of our products will not be delivered to the customer at the end of the installation, unless requested by the customer.
All residues from assemblies and repairs will be properly packaged and recycled, Decree-Law Decreto-Lei 73/2011 de 17 Junho.
